System Description
The EWCO 240 is a compact, low-maintenance, single stream system that generates hypochlorous acid (HOCl) in solution through the electrolysis of salt and water. The system uses patented electrolysis cells that are unique in that they generate a stable HOCl molecule that is electrically neutral and with high oxidation potential (>800 mV), contributing to its effectiveness against microbial pathogens.
Poultry Livestock Package: This system is designed to dose 3 ppm of electrolytically generated hypochlorous acid into the drinking water for poultry livestock and to distribute 20-30 ppm of hypochlorous acid through sprinkler systems for poultry living environment sanitation. This system setup uses additive formula #2 in which ingredients are just table salt and vinegar. See operation manual below for details.

| Additive Tank | Comes with 2 Liter internal additive tank. Generate up to 200 gallons of hypochlorous acid with each refill. Refill requires 2 cups of table salt and 48 oz. white distilled vinegar (5%). |
| Holding Tank | Holding tank size is 40 gallons and will store hypochlorous acid at 30 ppm. |
| Pump | Dosatron venturi pump will dose 30 ppm hypochlorous acid at a 1:10 ratio into the drinking water making 3 ppm for water disinfection which is to EPA standards. The Grundfos Scala2 constant pressure pump will distribute hypochlorous acid at 20-30 ppm at 4 GPM through the sprinkler systems for sanitation of living environment. |

| Power | Standard electrical outlet should be within 6 feet of installation site. Power supply should be 110/120V, 50/60Hz. |
| Water | Water quality must be equivalent with tap water or better (ie. hardness < 80 ppm). Minimum water pressure required to maintain a consistent flow rate of 1 gallon/min. |
